Planet Da-roo



He was an alien from Da-roo  
Who loved women in blue.
Killing with his crush      
They become mush
Then he adds them to his evening stew.

    Let's hear it for Trellissimo's "woberfully"! Clearly it means "wonderfully woebegone" and exactly suits the last three lines of the great limerick here.
    Now then . . I think the 143 chars (Hey! Who's working the Word "Count" tool!) can be reduced to 140 by simply taking "he" out of the last line. That releases 2 letters and a space without altering the sense hardly at all and the rhythm very little.
